For people who use AI assistants and agents
Outlai works with any assistant or agent that speaks the Model Context Protocol (MCP) — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or a tool you wrote yourself. Once connected, you can ask it things like "what did I spend on food last month?" or tell it "log ₹450 lunch at Café Coffee Day", from wherever you already work. Your assistant does the thinking; Outlai only stores and returns your data.
Add Outlai as a custom connector or MCP server using this URL:
https://api.outlai.io/mcp
There is nothing to install and no key to paste. Your assistant will send you to Outlai to sign in and approve access.
Building your own agent? The full tool and OAuth reference is at docs.outlai.io.
After you add the URL, a window opens on app.outlai.io. Sign in, check that the app name and website are the ones you expect, choose what to allow, and approve. You return to your assistant automatically.
The agent shows you a short code such as BCDF-GHJK and a link. Open app.outlai.io/#/connect/device on any device, sign in, enter the code and approve. Codes expire after 10 minutes and work once.
Outlai never asks you to copy a password or a permanent token into an agent's settings.
An agent never receives your password, email address or account numbers.
In the Outlai app, open Settings → Connected apps to see every connection, what it may do, and what it has done recently. From there you can:
Changing your password or deleting your account disconnects every app.
Data reaches an assistant only because you connected it, and only what you approved. Once it is there, that provider's privacy policy applies. See our Privacy Policy for details.
